Job summary

The Practice Learning Facilitator/ Pastoral Support (OSCE)will report to Head of International Recruitment. The post holder will workclosely within the team, facilitating learning and development of ourInternally educated Nurses and other overseas workforce in partnership with ourclinical staff and collaborativepartners.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to demonstrate positiveleadership skills, adopt a visible and accessible approach whilst buildingstrong relationships with clinical teams and partner agencies. This will ensurethe development and maintenance of positive practice learning environments.

This role is pivotal in facilitating and co - coordinatingNursing practice learning, including placement capacity, and supportingclinical staff to supervise and assess candidates in accordance with Nursingand Midwifery Council standards.

Ideally you must have at least 2 years post registrationexperience in clinical care. In addition, you will need to have excellentcommunication and presentation skills together with the ability to work wellindividually and as part of a forward-thinking team.

Candidates must have a driving license and access to a car. Public transport is not suitable for thisrole.

Secondments and Job share will be considered.
