Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • payroll
  • Input financial data into the accounting system accurately and promptly
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Track and record financial transactions
  • Assist with audits and provide support during tax preparation
  • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software Sage and MS Excel
  • must have practice experience
  • Acca/AAT experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly reliable and trustworthy
