Hours: 16 hours per week

Reporting: Concession Manager

What you’ll do

Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

●Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers

●Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision

●Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)

Supporting the Team

●Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times

●Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment

●Exceptional personal grooming and presentation

Delivering Efficiency

●Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
