What we are looking for:

  • Passion for Education: A genuine desire to support children’s learning and development.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in different school environments.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Experience or Qualification: Prior experience as a TA or a relevant qualification is a plus, but not essential, we welcome all who are eager to learn.

Your Key Duties:

  • Providing academic support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Quickly build positive relationships with students.
  • Be comfortable with providing personal care. 
  • Support pupils with engagement and encourage pupils to be involved.
  • Support the general class teacher. 
  • Participate in the planning and evaluation of learning activities. 
  • Provide meaningful feedback on pupil attainment and profress.
  • Promote pupils' cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural and physical development through the curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
