As the UK's leading social enterprise, we take a commercial approach to Community building. Through our end-to-end Developments business, we seek to maximise value in all its forms and for all stakeholders, while creating and supporting Communities that deliver optimum social, economical and environmentally balanced outcomes.

We have a long-term commitment to designing and constructing quality homes in sustainable, inclusive, and thriving Communities equipped with comprehensive social and commercial amenities and infrastructure. We operate across England and Scotland, through four regional businesses, a specialised Placemaking and Regeneration team and a newly formed Strategic Land division.

This allows us to combine the strengths of a national developer with local knowledge and focus.

More about your role

By working with strategic partners on large-scale projects, we're able to take our placemaking to the next level, delivering more new homes and making a major contribution to local jobs and economies in the process. With Countryside, we're bringing new homes to the Kent coast, at Lower Herne to the south of Herne Bay. As Sales Executive you will discover and pursue new leads, as well as building and maintaining the sales pipeline, negotiating deals whilst maintaining customer satisfaction through the sales process.

Through your commitment to putting customer experience first, you will secure buyers for our shared ownership homes on the development. We hope that you'll find our approach to marketing and sales refreshing; we're just as interested in assessing a customer's feedback on their experience with you than we are simply about how many sales you've achieved. We really are a workplace like no other: we're proud of our vibrant and modern marketing suite and our people-focused culture. We are creating more than bricks and mortar; we're creating a community, a place that people are proud to call their home.

Personality is everything for us; we are passionate about creating a place where people can live and grow. Therefore, we expect you to share our energy and be part of this positive and energetic team.

Due to the nature of the role, it is imperative that you understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality.
