HR Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm

Job Summary:
Our esteemed client, a prominent regional law firm with multiple offices across England, is seeking a HR administrator who will support the Chief People's Officer and HR manager.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment
* CV screening, arranging interviews, posting vacancies.
* Vetting candidates, issuing contracts and new starter paperwork
* Completing references, background checks, coordinating new hire logistics

Payroll
* Distributing pension information to new hires
* Assisting with documentation of compensation and benefits

General Duties
* Maintaining accurate employee records (holidays, sickness, leavers)
* Handling internal/external HR inquiries and requests
* Ensuring HR updates are actioned promptly.

Required skills include strong IT abilities to quickly learn new systems, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible, hardworking approach. Previous experience in a similar HR role is advantageous but not essential. The role is full-time Monday-Friday, with a competitive salary based on experience.
