Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing high-quality service and support.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments.
  • Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Support store promotions, sales activities, and special events to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Help with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and store policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure that the sales floor is always organized and inviting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
