Due to the recent site move, a vacancy has arisen for the post of traffic controller based at our Spalding Depot.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a variety of different tasks including controlling morning runout, dealing with breakdowns and other incidents that may arise during the shift as well as preparing rotas and covering shifts. The role will predominantly be Monday to Friday role but will require flexibility in covering lates and weekends when needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills and will be able to work well as part of the traffic office team as well as independently when required. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.As an increasing amount of the role involves using computer systems, the suitable candidate must be confident with Microsoft Office as a minimum.

The role is currently based on working 40 hours per week over 5 days.A holiday entitlement of 5 weeks per year (plus bank holidays) is also offered.
