My client is currently looking for a Traffic Marshall on a civils project, my client are the main contractor and are currently mobilising the team for this new job.

**Traffic Marshall Duties**:

- Directing and controlling traffic flow on construction sites or other designated areas.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Using hand signals, flags, or other methods to communicate with drivers and pedestrians.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with traffic regulations and site-specific safety rules.
- Assisting in the coordination of deliveries and vehicle movements on site.
- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or near misses to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining a high level of visibility and alertness at all times

**Traffic Marshall Experience**:

- Must be a clear communicator and confident on the radio.
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall.
- Familiarity with traffic control procedures and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, pedestrians, and other team members.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate traffic direction and control.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £145.00-£150.00 per day
