We are looking for new talent with the skills and experience to help advance our plans to the next stage and are looking for a Project Manager (Operations & Policy) with experience of delivering Operational and Policy related Projects within a Healthcare or Construction environment. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, the Programmes Business Change resources and other senior colleagues, this role will provide dedicated delivery support in the development and co-ordination of new operational policies and procedures.

The role should be considered an on-site role with the opportunity to take advantage from the Trusts flexible working policies. The role shall be required to work from any of the Trusts premises, although is expected to be predominantly based at the LGI site or nearby premises.

Main duties of the job

The BtLW Project Manager (Operations and Policy) shall provide dedicated project management delivery support to identifying, defining and mapping the establishment of operational policies and procedures across all aspects of the Programme to support the operationalisation of the new healthcare facilities.

Working with the Programmes business change resources, the role shall support the development and co-ordination of new operational and business processes, the implementation of change management related matters across Non-Clinical/Clinical Service Units (CSUs) and shall also work closely with the Change Management, Digital, Design and Workforce Workstreams to map, document and support project managing the development, co-ordination/management and implementation of new target operating models, policies, operating procedures/processes with CSU teams that together will support the successful operationalisation of the new healthcare facilities

The role will work closely with the BtLW PMO to ensure that there is robust governance and that activities are managed effectively. Similarly, the role will work closely with the BtLW Communications Team and Engagement Lead to ensure clear messaging across the programme keeping stakeholders informed and enthused about the scheme.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent technical and soft project management skills and strong experience of delivering Operational and Policy related Projects.

Qualifications

Project / Programme Management Qualification such as Prince 2, APM PMQ, MSP or equivalent experience.
