The post holder will be cognisant of current change management methodology and have experience of leading transformational change projects within an NHS or public sector environment. The post holder will be responsible for identifying the communication and stakeholder engagement necessary to support the development and implementation of business and operational change plans; the post holder will also work closely with the BtLW Engagement Lead, Communications Manager and Senior Project Managers to oversee the development of stakeholder communication and engagement plans to support the effective implementation the change plans and aligned activities. The post holder will develop and implement effective change and project management methodologies to include the process and procedures of the BtLW Programme Office; ensuring that implementation aligns to the Leeds Way Values and the Leeds Improvement Methodology. The post holder will support the Deputy Programme Director/Design Lead to prepare and present business & operational change management plans and progress reports to clinical and non-clinical teams, senior leaders, and project and programme boards across the Trust and external to the organisation.
