Are you a driven and detailorientedecommerce professional seeking an exciting new challengeLampShopOnline a leading online lighting retailer is searching fora talented Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to join our dynamicteam. If you have a passion for online retail and a keen eye foroptimising product listings and customer experiences wed bedelighted to hear from you

In this role you willbe instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our ecommerceoperations contributing to the growth and success of our thrivingonline business.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage and optimiseproduct listings across various online marketplaces ensuringaccurate and engaging content.
  • Monitor andanalyse sales performance identifying opportunities for improvementand implementing appropriatestrategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teamto create and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic andsales.
  • Support inventory management liaisingwith suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability andaccurate forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on keyecommerce metrics using insights to drive continuous improvementand inform future strategies.
  • Analyse pricingstrategies and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness andprofitability.
  • Enhance the customer journey andexperience across online platforms to improve customer retentionand satisfaction.

DesirableExperience:

  • Prior experience in anecommerce role preferably within the retailsector.
  • Familiarity with marketplacessuch asAmazon eBay OnBuy & B&Q.
  • Excellentcommunication multitasking and problemsolvingskills.
  • Strong data analysis skills withexperience inExcel.
