**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Listing and Optimisation**
- Create and maintain product listings with accurate and SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, and other content.
- Manage and optimise product visibility and search rankings on Amazon Marketplace.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for product listing enhancements.

**Inventory Management**
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely inventory updates and avoid stockouts.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels to maintain optimal stock for key products.

**Advertising and Promotions**
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimization.
- Implement promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other Amazon promotions.

**Market Analysis**
- Stay updated with Amazon policy changes, marketplace trends, and competitors' activities.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, products, and pricing strategies.

**Customer Service**
- Oversee customer feedback and product reviews, resolving any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

**Reporting**
- Generate and present regular reports on marketplace performance, including sales, rankings, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller or Vendor account.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithm, SEO principles, and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficient in Amazon's Seller & Vendor Central and advertising platforms.
- Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and logístical coordination.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to gather and interpret data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
