To support this vision, we are seeking a Commercial Data Manager to join the Data & Analytics department. Our commercial data is combination of external and internal lead sources. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and utilization of commercial data to drive business growth and efficiency. As the Commercial Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies and processes to optimize our lead management operations and ensure data-driven decision-making across the sales and marketing departments.

The Role: What you will do:
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth within the department. Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to define KPIs for performance reporting. Develop and implement data acquisition, integration, and enrichment strategies. Enforcing data governance policies and data quality processes. Work with our CRM systems and support the integration of 3rd party tools. Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to automate and streamline data management processes. Support the evolution and development of the lead life cycle. Evaluate the performance and quality of new lead data sources. Analysing commercial opportunities in new regions and territories Work in conjunction with Salesforce to ensure the accurate loading and management of leads data, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
This is an exciting role for an analytics manager who has:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A can-do attitude and is a self-starter. Strong experience managing relationships with third-party data providers. Expertise in data acquisition strategies and evaluating external data sources. Track record of developing and executing data strategies aligned with business goals. Demonstratable experience in leading analysts Strong organizational skills Understanding of Salesforce Leads, Opportunities and Accounts objects – or similar CRM Strong working knowledge of SQL – ideally working with Snowflake. Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau Understanding of a B2B sales process

The Data & Analytics department serves as the central hub for data engineering and insights across our organization, comprising four essential teams: Data Engineering, Reporting, Commercial Data, and Data Science. Our department operates as a unified force, cultivating a culture that empowers both analysts and engineers to excel. We foster collaboration through regular hackathons, team events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Our department's director recognizes that effective business intelligence is not the sole responsibility of one department but a capability that should permeate the entire organization. To achieve this, we view the data department as an enabler of self-serve analytics, accomplished through robust data management, governance, and education initiatives. This approach ensures that business intelligence is accessible and leveraged across the organization, driving data-driven decision-making at all levels.
