Hi there I’m seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join my care team and help me live as comfortably as possible. I need someone experienced and confident in delivering high-quality, complex care.

If you have experience providing PEG feeding, bowel management, and ventilation (and even better if you’ve done tracheostomy care), I’d love to have you on my team

You’ll have a permanent contract working night shifts and will support me and other paediatric clients in Kent, building long-term working relationships with us and our families.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working night shifts.
  • Caring for me and possibly a small number of other clients in Kent.
  • Supporting my complex care needs, helping me to live comfortably at home.
  • Permanent contract for stability with the opportunity to pick up overtime.

What You’ll Get:

  • £15.97 – £19.17 per hour.
  • Bank holiday rates – up to £31.94 per hour.
  • Paid mileage if you travel over 20 miles from home (at 45p per mile).
  • Holiday pay and a great company pension.
  • Paid training, paid induction shifts.
  • Ongoing specialist paid training.
  • The chance to work towards a Diploma.
  • A Blue Light Card – Superior Healthcare will pay for it

  • Menopause support and help from a well-being team, if needed.
  • Ongoing supervision and guidance from a friendly team of nurses and field care supervisors.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 1 year of clinical care experience, including PEG feeding, bowel management, and ventilation.
  • Tracheostomy care experience would be a bonus.
  • A UK driving licence and access to your own car.
  • A commitment to a full-time contract.
