Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with diverse healthcare needs
- Assist with medication administration and personal care
- Support new team members with shadow shifts and inductions
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in care, with a focus on supporting adults/children with complex care needs
- Tracheostomy experience preferred, but full training will be provided
- Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a Level 3 NVQ qualification or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and full, clean UK driving licence
