Position:

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Catering Assistant based at University Hospital Ayr.

What you will do:

You will work as part of the Catering Production & Services Team, assisting in all aspects of food preparation, delivery, service, washup cleaning duties relating to the provision of catering services to Patients, Staff, Visitors and for functions

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will have good communication, verbal or otherwise and practical skills are essential.

A current Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, or essential to complete with the first 3 months of employment. It is also desirable to have previous experience of working within a large-scale catering environment would be an advantage, however full training will be given.

All preferred candidates must attend a Corporate Induction programme before commencement of employment; thereafter an
ongoing program of Mandatory & Statutory training.

13.81 hours - 7 days on/7 days off.

Working pattern 7 days on/7 days off.

Friday-1630-2021, Sat-Sun 1630-2030
