However, startup studios typically require millions of dollars to get off the ground. Our unique company creation approach and 30+ platform services make it possible for entrepreneurs to build a startup studio in just three months and operate with a small team. This creates a highly equitable model in which the entrepreneur owns fifty percent of multiple companies with the optionality to go for profit or raise money.

After making loosely structured investments in startup studios, we started Bifrost in November 2023. We have made significant progress against ambitious goals in the first two quarters of 2024 and are coming out of stealth mode. It is clear to us that we can have a major impact on our investments by building an elite, small, and fast-moving team of functional experts who work on our internal build cases and function as thought leaders and execution power for our startup studio ecosystem.

As the final addition to our core team, we are now hiring a Head of GTM.

Tasks

As the Head of GTM at Bifrost Studios, you will initiate and execute scalable GTM strategies for our portfolio of early-stage companies. In practice, you will be the most impactful person during the first 90 days of all validated cases across Bifrost Studios, ultimately responsible for generating the first revenue. Your responsibilities include:

  • Shape and execute revenue generation strategies for validated cases by identifying the best GTM and growth channels for each case.
  • Ownership of GTM and revenue growth best practices across customer segments (B2B/B2C), industries, and types of products (software/hardware/etc.).
  • Hand over scalable strategies to company operators after executing the first 10 to 50 sales for the company.
  • Develop and implement GTM frameworks that can be implemented across all Bifrost Studios.
  • Ownership over reaching ICPs during company creation processes
    (pre-validation).
  • Leverage yourself with freelancers, AI, and potential hires for your team.
Requirements

Our studios predominantly leverage digital channels to generate the first sales across companies. Therefore, we imagine you have particularly strong expertise in one or multiple digital growth channels. Additionally, we are looking for:

  • You are especially adept at marketing, e.g., paid channels and content.
  • You have extensive experience from startups and have been part of scaling revenue from zero to +1 million USD.
  • You are obsessed with creating revenue and take a strategic approach to finding the best way to generate it.
  • You have experience scaling revenue internationally and are excellent in spoken and written English. Experience scaling in the US is a big plus.
  • You are a proven thought leader and communicator of frameworks and strategies.
