We are currently recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to join our dedicated team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising a team of electricians on both High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) commercial & residential projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career progression, with the potential to advance to a fully qualified Senior Authorised Person (SAP).

So, what will you be doing?

Overseeing Electrical projects across eSmart Networks and our sister company TriConnex, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing commercial electricians and apprentices, conducting audits, performance reviews, 1-2-1s, and ensuring project and electrician compliance.
  • Mentoring and developing apprentices to enhance their skills and career progression.
  • Actively participating in department team meetings.
  • Coordinating resources, materials, and schedules for projects.
  • Ensuring all work meets NIC EIC accreditation standards.
  • Engaging in activities aimed at becoming a fully qualified SAP.
  • Project managing 11KV substation installations.
  • Ensuring compliance with DNO/IDNO regulations.
  • Conducting substation audits and managing energizations.

The Person:

  • Proven experience working on HV & LV commercial/residential projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of electricians would be ideal.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
