Role Overview: 

To develop and provide improvements to the Managed Fund & Minor Works processes. What you'll do:  Work with the operational and management teams to ensure all chargeable tasks, relevant information and data is accurate and issued in a timely manner. Accountable for the smooth operation of the Managed Fund dashboards, Minor Works tracker and associated reports, while supporting our strategic goals Liaise with sub-contractors, engineers, and customers to collate information, check prices, queries and confirm works undertaken. Contact suppliers / sub-contractors to check price and quotations for customer approval Investigate and resolve issues with labour, materials, and subcontractor queries Organisation and running of regular internal and external customer meetings Prepare Management Information for the monthly customer management meeting Oversee the Finances and prepare the information required for billing of completed jobs to be processed through the Managed Fund Liaison with the Assistant Finance Manager for invoicing Work collaboratively and oversee the Helpdesk team on customer interactions, processing of all reactive tasks, approvals, following up on queries, escalations, and requests for additional information, etc as part of the Managed Fund & MW Process Adherence to all current company procedures. Develop relationships with all clients and potential new customers and work within a team of mobile and office-based employees. Ensuring continuous improvement and drive for value for money. Willing to work in secure and sensitive environments across the Thames Water estate Liaise with Scheduling and Helpdesk Teams to ensure effective and accurate reporting Ensure that subcontractor performance is consistent and satisfactory. To comply with EMCOR UK’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies and procedures are always maintained Any other duties as requested.

Person Specification

Who you'll be:  Demonstrate experience in multi-site coordination. Experience within a similar role or transferable skills from related role. Experience of working within Building Services environments. Competent level of experience using all Microsoft packages Knowledge and experience using Smartsheet and Power Bi Competent level of knowledge using Agility CAFM system & JDE Finance platform Understanding of statutory compliance legislation. Demonstrable skills in dealing and working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers on complex and interrelated issues on an ongoing basis. Proven ability to provide a high standard of support in operational reporting principles, including the ability to implement systems and processes and to proactively resolve problems Act logically, analytically, and objectively in a range of situations Use own initiative and take responsibility appropriate to the role of Senior Coordinator Take a thorough and organised approach and plan activities in line with business priorities Build and maintain positive working relationships with all levels Use a range of methods of communication appropriate to the situation A patient and "customer first" manner essential for this role, and being prepared to go the extra mile to complete the task on time, and to high standard A proactive and "can do" approach is key to the successful outcome for this role At EMCOR UK, we embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
