Workingwithin a small and closeworking team the Estimatorwill prepare and submit softand hard landscapingtenders that can range invalue from 500K to 10Million

Thiswillinclude:

  • MeasuringPDF drawings and producing tenderdocuments.
  • Producetender documents for pricing purposes which reflect therequirements of the client in accordance withspecifications.
  • Producingdetailed soft and hard landscaping bills ofquantities.
  • Identifyingareas of risk during the tender process and presenting them to thesenior managementteam.
  • Attendingsite visits and tendermeetings.
  • Developingand nurturing strong and professional relationships with existingand new clients liaising with them for updates on bidsubmissions.

Youwillneed:

  • Toideally be educated to Degree / OND / HND or similar inconstruction groundworks and/or quantity surveying or have directlandscape sector estimatingexperience.
  • Tobe experienced in the preparation and submission of landscapingtenders.
  • Tobe proficient in using Microsoft Office as well as Take Off andEstimating softwarepackages.
  • Totake a meticulous in your approach to your work driven motivatedand experienced at managing both current estimating workload andexisting and concurrently runningprojects.
  • Yourdrivinglicence.

To be experienced in thepreparation and submission of landscaping tenders. To be proficientin using Microsoft Office as well as Take Off and Estimatingsoftware packages. To take a meticulous in your approach to yourwork, driven, motivated and experienced at managing both currentestimating workload and existing and concurrently running projects.Your driving licence.
