Landscaping Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Estimator to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for hard and soft landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit tenders for landscaping projects, including taking allocated enquiries and completing take offs and quotation requests.
  • Produce detailed soft and hard landscaping bills of quantities.
  • Identify areas of risk during the tender process and present them to the senior management team.
  • Attend site visits and tender meetings.
  • Develop and nurture strong and professional relationships with existing and new clients.

Requirements:

  • Direct landscape sector estimating experience or education in construction, ground works, and/or quantity surveying.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting landscape related tenders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Take Off and Estimating software packages.
  • Meticulous approach to work, driven, motivated, and experienced at managing estimating workload and projects.
  • Valid driving licence.
