About the opportunity

By joining our nationwide Farm Source store team, you’re joining a group of agricultural experts and setting yourself up for an outstanding career.

As the newest addition to our local Leeston store, you’ll provide sound farming product advice to our loyal customers. Getting stuck into everything from merchandising to customer service. When you aren’t in store, you’ll be out on the road where you’ll have the important role of ensuring that our customers receive their products on time.

Please note:  This is a fixed term 12 month cover.  Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and rostered Saturday’s 9am – 12pm


About you

We’re looking for down to earth team players who’ll enjoy a role that keeps them busy and offer the chance for some great farming banter with our friendly customers.

Ideally, you’ll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we’re equally open to those looking to make a move straight off farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry.

Sound like you, other key things we’re on the lookout for includes:

A full, clean drivers’ licence Good level of physical fitness - You will have no trouble lifting 25kgs at one given time. Dangerous Goods & Valid Forklift licence would be required
