Your new role 
As the Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: overseeing quality control processes, from sourcing to distribution. Collaborating with production teams to maintain rigorous standards. Implementing and managing food safety protocols. Conducting regular audits and inspections. Liaising with suppliers and regulatory bodies.
What you'll need to succeed 
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in food production or meat processing with a knowledge of industry standards, HACCP, and quality assurance. You should have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. You should have attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and compliance.
