Job Introduction

We are looking for an  Administrator to join Sodexo in (Location - postCode)  We are seeking a detail orientated and organised individual to join us at our prestigious corporate site You will be the heartbeat to keeping our team operating with precision and flawless efficiency

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

  • Organise documentation, files and records

  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional communication

  • Delivering 5 star customer service

What you bring:  

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant is a bonus

  • Proficient in office software (, Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

  • Strong organisational skills and multi tasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Qualifications in business admin is a plus, but certainly not essential

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in  Cambridge, CB2 0AA as a Meeting & Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, and events for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
  • Oversee onsite event execution, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of event expenses and budget allocations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and memorable experiences for attendees.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
