Our dedicated experienced meetings and events team, are on hand from enquiry to post-event
to ensure everything is perfectly planned to your exact requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- All types of Event administration.
- Priority of answering Phones to all clients and departments.
- Booking and organizing both Weddings and events, from enquiry to execution.
- Maintaining client satisfaction
- Maintaining functions sheets with relevant information and issuing to HODs
- Attending function sheet meetings
- Producing table plans/Pre-orders.
- Client show rounds
- Invoicing and billing clients
- Sending proposals for events
- Responding to enquiries for events
- Team Relations
- Any additional task as advised by your Manager

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multi task and be adaptable
- Must have an eye for detail
- Must be a Team Player
- Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
