  • This role is responsible for allaspects of crafting clients active directory environment andservices.
  • Collaborating with endusers and key partners this role will turn requirements into adesign that is future forward user friendly and repeatable and thenperform rapid prototyping in order to validate that the solutionworks.
  • This role will ensuredesign and technical integrity are maintained; as well as ensurethat the user experience puts people first without compromising thesecurity of the company.
  • Thinkingabout the cloud this role will define how client will adopt clouddirectory services and then design the appropriate solutions toensure that our end users can access the directory in a cloudenabled mobile/internet first world.
  • This role will evaluate and look at future integrationsand technologies that will provide the best directory services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required:
  • 7 years in InformationTechnology field with a minimum of:
  • 5 years designing supporting solutions based onOffice365 and other Collaboration Services
  • 2 years experience working with identity on enterpriseclass cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
  • 3 years experience with Microsoft ActiveDirectory Ping Identity and other federated identity providers.
  • Bachelors Degree in ComputerScience Engineering or a related discipline; or the equivalentcombination of education technical training or work/militaryexperience.
  • Experience withscripting solutions using PowerShell or other relevant tools
  • Experience with C# coding forDirectory Services and automation solutions
Preferred:
  • MCSE in Cloud Platformand Infrastructure
  • Advancedknowledge on securing O365 and integration with 3rd Party securitytools.
  • Understanding ofAgile/Lean Design Thinking and Riskiest Assumption Testing methods.
  • Demonstrated understanding ofmodeling management security policy and solutions for O365 andother collaboration services.
  • Relevantexperience with use of system monitoring tools (ex. SplunkMicrosoft Operations Manager)
  • Excellentcommunication skills and problemsolving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and withothers.
  • Proven ability toeffectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressureenvironment.

  • Providetechnical service management and service design leadership to theEnd User Computing and Workplace Services organization for thecollaboration platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and service owners tobuild healthy roadmaps service definitions and a people first userexperience.
