Your new role
As the Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility. You will play a crucial role in optimising processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in plant management, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record of driving operational improvements. A deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations is also crucial. A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business is essential and ideally qualifications in lean and health and safety.
