The contracts are primarily for the McGoff Group’s asset backed operating businesses in the care and education sectors; New Care and Back to the Garden Childcare, as well as supporting revered clients with their nationwide rollout programmes in the health care and food retail arenas. **Accountabilities**
- Ensure that Health and Safety is the Number One priority at all times.
- Attendance - on site & at relevant training courses
- To undertake all general groundworks duties as defined by the Site Manager/Agent

**Key Tasks**

**Ensure that Health and Safety is the Number One priority at all times**
- Ensure the correct use of PPE whilst on site.
- Be Health and Safety conscious and promote a safe working practice. This would include reporting any incidents or un-safe acts to the Site Manager/Agent.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for accident and emergency situations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Traffic Management Plans & SWMP. Particular emphasis on external fencing / gates and traffic management, reporting any issues to the Site Manager/Agent.

**Attendance on Site & at Training Courses**
- Ensure prompt attendance on site at agreed start times & strictly adhere to the site working hours
- Attend all training courses that may be deemed necessary as defined by Mcgoff and Byrne

**To undertake all general duties as defined by the Site Manager/Agent**
- To ensure site management is made aware when materials are requested
- Control site storage as directed and maintain material / plant storage areas. Report any deficiencies to site Manager/Agent.
- Movement of materials / loading out as directed.
- All works associated with groundwork operations
- Keeping site both externally and internally clean and tidy to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that any tools / equipment used are returned to site stores at end of day.
- Any other duties at request of Site Manager/Agent.
- To assist in improving standards through valued feedback.
- Ensure correct use of plant at all times.
- Report all damage to plant to site manager
- Ensure a safe working environment is available for all, & install correct signage &/or barriers to accommodate this.
