Core Responsibilities

As the Marketing Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategies. You will work closely with our new business sales team to support their prospecting efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data health & sourcing new data: Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and cleanliness of our marketing data; identifying and sourcing new data to enhance our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Lead classification, scoring & nurturing: Developing and implementing lead classification and scoring systems; designing lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Event operations: Managing the logistics and operations of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Sales enablement tools & collateral: Creating and maintaining sales enablement tools and collateral to support the sales team.
  • Case studies: Developing compelling case studies that highlight the success of our platform and our customers.
  • Website updates: Overseeing and implementing updates to our website to ensure it remains current, relevant, and engaging.
  • File management: Organising and managing marketing files and assets to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, including lead nurturing and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Strong organisational skills.

The Recruitment Process

  2. Online interview: Interview with our Director of Marketing to discuss your experience, suitability for the role and cultural alignment with Bedrock Learning.
  3. Assessments: Complete psychometric tests through Test Gorilla and complete a copywriting task to assess your skills.
  4. Presentation & values interview: A presentation with a panel to demonstrate your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, plus an interview to assess your cultural fit in the organisation.
