We are looking for a compassionate and committed Female Support Worker in Leamington, passionate about delivering a high standard of one-on-one care for our client.
Due to the nature of this role, we will only be accepting female carers.
Meet our client:
Our lovely client is a lady who requires assistance with personal care, preparation of meals/drinks, and other domestic duties. She likes to keep busy, loves getting out in the community, math puzzles, baking and knitting.
What we require :
Clean UK Driver's License – will be required to drive the client's Motability vehicle
Minimum 6 months experience in care
Experience/Knowledge with complex care needs, autism and learning disabilities
Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Training or similar
Experience with Moving and Handling
Would be desirable to have experience with Rett syndrome and Epilepsy Management
The shift patterns would be a combination of sleep-ins (10pm to 7am) , day shifts - to 5pm and 5pm to 10pm. We can look at how the hours work best for the individual. Maximum booking of 24 hours together though due to the challenging nature.
