About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Napton House in the Warwick area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and autism.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide respectful personal care to individuals, assist with domestic tasks, and engage with service users to build trusting relationships. You will work collaboratively with the team to encourage wellbeing, positive coping skills, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Engage with service users to build trusting relationships and promote wellbeing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion for promoting active involvement and communication. You will also require a full manual driving license to drive service users' cars when required.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Our benefits package includes a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
