Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and participate in daily activities in the community, both indoors and outdoors, to promote independence and a fulfilling life.
  • Encourage learning and skill development through fun and engaging activities.
  • Provide emotional support and stability to the individual, managing anxiety and promoting calmness.
  • Collaborate with the individual to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other professionals involved in their care.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
