Working pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am to 5:30pm
- 1 hour break

The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Manage assigned ledgers in line with current processes and procedures: 400 600 customer trading accounts.
- Proactively chase timely settlement of due monies.
- Monitor and chase payments according to customers terms and credit limit.
- Work with Branch Manager/teams for the resolution of invoice queries.
- Review and assess credit limits for customers based on their payment history, financial stability, and credit score.
- Manage and action credit limit reviews requested by customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and associated activity.
- Process customer payments via phone.
- Work to departments monthly targets for cash collection, age debt and unallocated payments.
Your profile:
- Proven track record in Credit Control role/department in a B2B environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Understanding of Credit Limits & Credit Risk assessment techniques.
- Ability to listen and negotiate with customers.
- Good numeracy, Literacy & IT Skills.
- Communication verbal & written.
- Organisational & prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team at a fast pace to weekly & monthly deadlines.
- Analytical skills & Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence in Communicating internally, externally and at different levels.
