Job title:

MES/SCADA Consultant solution primarily onIgnition/Sepasoft with Manufacturing Domain expertise.

MustHave Skills:

Handson Sepasoft modules like OEEdowntime Track and Trace Batch module

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture and Design of MES/SCADAsolution on Ignition/Sepasoft modules. Work closely with Customerto understand the manufacturing process requirements and design thesolution accordingly Onsite coordination to gather requirementscommunication with customer and offshore team Development onIgnition and Sepasoft modules.

Technical Experience :

• Experience in Manufacturing IT applicationsand expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution systems andERP The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in MESarchitecture and design with sound understanding of Master DataManagement MBOM Operations Routing Work Instructions Checklistsequipment materials.
• The candidate will haveto have sound knowledge in Discrete manufacturing and should haveworked in Digitization projects that involves integration of SCADAMES and ERP.
• Work closely with Customer togather requirements of solution to be developed that involves MESERP and SCADA. Should play a role as Solution Architect.
• Should have worked in global environment Onsite andoffshore model and should be able to pass on customer requirementsto offshore team and guide them.
• Should havestrong and clear verbal and written communication skills includingaddressing escalations presenting status in managementmeetings.
• Professional Attributes : Resourceshould have good communication and presentation skill.
