Sales Assistant

Overall aim of the role:

As a Nirvana Spa Sales Assistant, you will be passionate about our customers, our team, and our products. Selling the full product assortment within the Nirvana Spa shop with items ranging from souvenirs, clothing, skincare products and more.

You must be able to work a selection of evening shifts and every other weekend on a rota basis.

What you’ll do:

The main purpose of the role is to deliver sales through exceptional service focusing on offering helpful and knowledgeable assistance on a diverse product range.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service when processing sales, offering advice and recommendations based on customers’ needs.
Keep the sales floor well stocked with beautifully presented products, carrying out operational tasks such as unpacking deliveries when required.
Provide a great shopping environment for our customers ensuring our stores are clean, tidy, and presentable.
Deliver a great shopping experience for their customers, putting customers before task every time.
