Rate ofPay: 12.18 15.29 perhour

Hours PerWeek: 10.00

Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service to allcustomers using the facilities.
  • Undertaking thesafe supervision and operation of the leisure centres and swimmingpools in compliance with training undertaken procedures issuednationally recognised standards and instructions from responsibleofficer.
  • The implementation of the emergencyoperating procedures normal operating procedures and staff handbookas required and compliance with the procedures set out within thesedocuments or any subsequent additions.
  • Theimplementation of first aid in accordance with the qualificationand training received and the completion of accident and incidentrecords and reports as required.
  • To ensure theHealth and Safety of the public and other members ofstaff.
  • To ensure the cleanliness maintenanceand housekeeping of the facilities and to under associated tasks asdirected or in accordance with the schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Current Royal Life Saving Society National PoolLifeguard qualification or equivalent (required in Centres withswimming pools).
  • First Aid at WorkCertificate.
  • Defib Training
