The Role
University Hospital Wishaw are looking for an experienced Personal Secretary to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Management offices. You will provide a comprehensive personal secretarial/administrative support service, including secretarial support, diary management, organising meetings and various other duties over the whole range of responsibilities.

What we'll need you to bring
HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration or equivalent experience Experience as a Management Secretary Proficient in the use of Software systems Advanced keyboard skills Ability to use own initiative Medical terminology Good organisational and communication skills Confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and discretion
It would be great if you also have
Understanding of a range of procedures and processes Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care Excellent communication skills Good planning skills Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure Proficient I.T. skills, which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages

This role will be based in Management Offices within University Hospital Wishaw.
