Role: Parts Sales Executive

Location: Marshall Trade Parts Specialist Swindon

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis

Salary: basic plus OTE up to £31,000

The role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join one of our popular franchises where you can assist in providing a high-quality service for our customers, representing both Marshall Motor Group and one of our leading brands in this sales role.

Who you are

An experienced salesperson with a desire to continue, or start, their career in the motor industry Have a passionate and proactive attitude to support customers and provide the right options for them through their purchasing journey You will build rapport with customers easily and enjoy working in a target driven environment focused on good customer outcomes Have a keen interest in the motor industry and a desire for a successful sales career

What you’ll do

Respond to inbound customer parts enquiries in an efficient manner Make outbound calls to new and existing business customers to upsell and cross-sell vehicle parts Greet customers courteously and professionally and uphold impeccable customer service standards
