Summary

With your love of working with people and desire to provide a great service, you’ll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.

Salary: £11.50/hour

Contract/duration: 7 months

Hours/working pattern/hours: Saturdays plus holiday cover 



What it's like to work here

Reporting to the Retail Manager you’ll be joining a friendly team of staff and volunteers who love everything retail from helping a visitor find that special product to setting up an impromptu tasting table.  You’ll meet lots of interesting people and every day is different but it’s always busy, exciting and lots of fun and you’ll be working with beautiful products in an amazing place.

What you'll be doing

As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
