About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Manager. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for maximizing income and driving sales in our pop-up shops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to make informed decisions to drive sales and revenue growth
