About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and secondary students, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a difference in the lives of young learners in Weymouth

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and facilitating group activities.
  • Work with students who may require additional assistance due to learning difficulties, language barriers, or other special needs.
  • Support the maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting good behaviour and managing classroom dynamics.
