Year 2 SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team at a mainstream Primary School in Weymouth.
About the Job- This role involves providing individualized support to a Year 2 pupil with significant SEN needs, using strategies like learning through play and diversion techniques.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-3pm (flexible hours possible).
- An up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate is compulsory, and we can help with registration if necessary.
- Prior experience supporting students with complex needs is a must.
- Familiarity with Autism and Global delay would be beneficial.
- A valid Level 2 Safeguarding Children certificate is necessary; we can provide a free training course if needed.
This position offers a competitive rate of approximately £10-£12 per hour, paid every Friday, and includes opportunities for professional development and career growth within our organization.
