WHAT'STHE MISSION?

To inspire ourcustomers to achieve the ear stack of their dreams by providing anexceptional and professional piercing experience with the customerat the heart of thejourney.

WHATDOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

• As a leader in your field you will consistently deliveran experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars -Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration& Innovative
• Execute precise andaesthetically pleasing piercings, ensuring the customer's visionfor their ear stack is realised with meticulous attention todetail
• Inspire the customer with stylingadvice, demonstrating different stack options and jewellerychoices
• You will thrive in owning the fullexperience from the moment customers enter the store
• Nurture and develop an unforgettable experience byestablishing a personal connection with new and existingcustomers
• Strong presence on the shop floor,actively sharing your expertise
• The ability tobe adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimentalappointments
• Thoroughly keeping on top of thehygiene & cleanliness of your studio, as well as managingpiercing supplies for your store

• £16 p/h + commission
