We're looking for Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity paying from £28,254 to £36,668 along with a market leading benefits package.

Talent Acquisition Advisor

Here's what you'll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will work as part of the Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in our objective to deliver a fast paced recruitment service and award winning candidate experience.

This role has been created due to team expansion, it involves collaborating with a dedicated team of advisors to support Talent Acquisition Specialists. You'll play a vital role in coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and onboarding new team members, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining an excellent candidate journey – communicating with candidates from attraction through to offer, making sure they are excited about a career with E.ON Reviewing CV’s and applications from all our external candidates Conducting telephone interviews and reviewing video interviews for new applicants Scheduling interviews Managing document collection at interview stage and coach managers on required documents Offer management to all external candidates Supporting Line Managers with process queries Liaising with other teams in HR as part of the recruitment process Supporting policies on Redeployment, Diversity and Inclusion and reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process Managing the feedback process for external applicants Supporting the wider resourcing team when appropriate Writing, preparing and posting job adverts Responding to telephone queries and emails from our central careers mailbox Possible opportunities to support on volume recruitment campaigns should the businessiness require

What we need from you

Previous experience of working in a fast paced administration or recruitment role Highly organised Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience likely to have been gained through exposure to a range of customer facing experiences and challenges. Excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to interact at all levels (verbal and written) An understanding of recruitment and sourcing skills

It would be great if you had

Direct sourcing experience Previous knowledge of using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Influencing skills
