Here's what you'll be doing
This role has been created due to team expansion, it involves collaborating with a dedicated team of advisors to support Talent Acquisition Specialists.
You'll play a vital role in coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and onboarding new team members, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone interviews and reviewing video interviews for new applicants
- Scheduling interviews
- Managing document collection at interview stage and coach managers on required documents
- Supporting Line Managers with process queries
- Liaising with other teams in HR as part of the recruitment process
- Supporting policies on Redeployment, Diversity and Inclusion and reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process
- Managing the feedback process for external applicants
- Supporting the wider resourcing team when appropriate
- Writing, preparing and posting job adverts
- Possible opportunities to support on volume recruitment campaigns should the businessiness require
What we need from you
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced administration or recruitment role
- Highly organised
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to interact at all levels (verbal and written)
- An understanding of recruitment and sourcing skills
It would be great if you had
- Direct sourcing experience
- Previous knowledge of using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Influencing skills
