Talent Acquisition Advisor

Here's what you'll be doing


This role has been created due to team expansion, it involves collaborating with a dedicated team of advisors to support Talent Acquisition Specialists.

You'll play a vital role in coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and onboarding new team members, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting telephone interviews and reviewing video interviews for new applicants
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Managing document collection at interview stage and coach managers on required documents
  • Supporting Line Managers with process queries
  • Liaising with other teams in HR as part of the recruitment process
  • Supporting policies on Redeployment, Diversity and Inclusion and reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process
  • Managing the feedback process for external applicants
  • Supporting the wider resourcing team when appropriate
  • Writing, preparing and posting job adverts
  • Possible opportunities to support on volume recruitment campaigns should the businessiness require

What we need from you

  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced administration or recruitment role
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to interact at all levels (verbal and written)
  • An understanding of recruitment and sourcing skills

It would be great if you had

  • Direct sourcing experience
  • Previous knowledge of using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Influencing skills
