About the Role:
Stowmarket, Suffolk Part time - 15 hours per week £12.83 per hour Two amazing women in their 20s and 30s Day shifts from 7-10pm with sleep-insAbout the Homes:
In the first home, we're here to support a woman in her 20s. She's got a real passion for music, loves a good night out, and can often be found strumming away on her guitar. With a liking for all things colourful and creative, she's known for crafting support workers out of unlikely materials
In the second home, we're creating a supportive space for a woman in her late 30s. She finds joy in capturing special moments with her camera, finds pleasure in visiting historical homes and exploring National Trust trails, and treating herself to a bit of pampering every now and then.
What You'll Do:
Offer emotional support and guidance. Promote independence while providing gentle encouragement and prompting. Engage in activities tailored to everyone’s interests, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures. Assist with medication management and personal care needs. Accompany individuals on outings and ensure their safety and well-being in the community.What We Offer:
