RAC have the exciting opportunity a Graduate Pricing Analyst  to join the Consumer Roadside Pricing Team on a permanent basis. This role will be delivered on a  flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.

The core function of this role will be to develop advanced analysis of data. In this light, you will use mathematical and statistical techniques to ensure that product profitability is maintained whilst maximizing growth.

What You’ll Do… 

Lead the pricing analysis and provide recommendations on pricing and volume forecast based on new promotional campaigns Data management and maintenance skills to transform raw data into high quality analysis Perform post implementation analysis to ensure pricing changes are performing as expected Monitor and analyse performance against budget and identifying actions as required Produce communications and presentations of superior quality

What You’ll Need…

To be considered for this role you have a degree in a relevant field (such as Finance, Computer Science, Economics or Mathematics) along with the following essential attributes:

Highly numerate with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. The ability to be a natural problem solver.

While the following would be considered desirable;

Experience of using mathematics and statistics to explore large datasets for analysis. Experience in the use of programming languages (SAS or SQL) Exposure to actuarial modules Knowledge of R and Python
