Payroll Administrator Position at Crown Paints & Hempel

Join our team as a Payroll Administrator and take a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations across three dynamic companies. This position is perfect for those at the early stages of their payroll career who are eager to leverage their technological and data analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise advanced data analytics to ensure precision in payroll calculations and timely payments. Collaborate with our Digital and HRIS teams to enhance technological implementations for seamless HR and payroll processes. Manage payroll data for new starters, changes, and leavers with utmost precision. Uphold strict compliance and participate in HR and payroll audits to maintain data integrity. Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional and timely communication.

What We Look For:

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with payroll, HR, and absence management systems. A keen eye for detail and a strong problem-solving capability. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Adaptability to new systems and processes.
