We work across many market sectors providing a dedicated service, support and expert knowledge to combat crime and fight fire.

Description

-Key point of contact for customers
-Answering customer service calls in line with company procedures
-Answering customer queries where applicable
-Communicating directly with customers through telephone calls and emails, building strong client relationships
-Discussing site visits with customers, confirming attendance and collecting feedback
-Re-date and reconfirm site visits with customers and engineers where necessary.
-Liasing with all departments to ensure customer needs are met; particularly field engineers
-Providing office support to the service team where necessary
-Ensure that customers needs are met promptly and accurately; focusing on client satisfaction.
-Helping maintain company quality control
-General admin duties (scanning, printing, filing etc.)
-Any other ad hoc duties requested via your manager.

Requirements

-Excellent organisation skills.
-Confident positive telephone manner.
-Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Willingness to learn and help the team.
-Friendly, Flexible and Adaptable as our industry is very reactive.
-Work well under pressure.
-Strong communication skills are vital for this role.
-Ability to perform tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Ability to communicate professionally with all departments throughout the company
